IFC METROPOL Acts as Joint Lead Manager for OJSC MOESK Bond Issue
IFC METROPOL acted as a co-organizer of OJSC Moscow United
Electric Grid Company (OJSC MOESK) bonds Series BO-01 issue
amounting to 5 bln RUB with 3 years’ maturity.
The bid book was closed on 19 September 2012. The coupon rate was
set at 8.80% per annum, which is lower than the originally
announced 9.0-9.50% per annum.
60 applications from Russian and foreign investors were received
during the book compilation. The total demand exceeded 18.7 billion
rubles, which is almost 4 times the rated issue.

OJSC MOESK is a specialized grid company whose main activity is
providing paid services for electric power distribution in the city
of Moscow and the Moscow region through the implementation of
organizational and technology-related activities, ensuring the
transmission of electrical energy through technical devices of
their own power grids.
