Chairman of the Board of Eurasian Business Council Mikhail Slipenchuk took part in the business events coincided with the twenty forth meeting of the Intergovernmental Eurasian Business Council at the highest level
Within the framework of the Intergovernmental Eurasian Business
Council EurAsEC, that was held on November, 27, in Minsk,
presidents of Russia, Belorussia and Kazakhstan signed a number of
documents concerning the establishment of a Customs Union on
January, 1, 2010. In particular it is planned to implement the
consistent regulation mechanism of foreign trading, the Customs
Code of the Union, to finish transferring the controlling functions
to the external frontiers of Belorussia and to reduce considerably
the inspection on the Russian – Kazakhstan borders by July, 1,
2009.
The documents concerning the implementation of the common customs
tariffs, the unique nomenclature of goods for the foreign economic
activities, and the unique list of goods, that exercise the
interdictions on import or export restrictions towards the
countries that are members of the Customs Union concerning the
trading with the other countries were signed.
