IFC METROPOL is acting as the consultant and agent responsible for restructuring a Series 02 bond coupon issued by the Nizhne-Lenskoye-Invest LLC

The Nizhne-Lenskoye JSC and the Nizhne-Lenskoye-Invest LLC report that they have presently reached an agreement on restructuring a Series 02 bond coupon (State Registration Number 4-02-36090-R, dated November 11, 2005) issued by the Nizhne-Lenskoye-Invest LLC. The bondholder agreement concerns 345,841 bonds, which make up 62.88 percent of the total loan.
According to the restructuring agreement’s terms, Nizhne-Lenskoye JSC will make the first payment to bondholders in the amount of 69,168,200.00 rubles – which makes up 20 percent of the restructured loan – on August 31, 2009. The payment will additionally include a coupon interest payment of 1,963,239.86 rubles.
