METROPOL Group takes part in the First Festival of Real Estate Investments in Montenegro

The First Festival of Real Estate Investments takes place on November, 10-14, 2009 in Montenegro. The event is organized with the assistance of Ministry of Economy and Ministry of land-use and environment protection of Montenegro. METROPOL DEVELOPMENT, a part of METROPOL Group, became a sponsor and exclusive participant of the Festival as the only Russian company that got an official invitation to take part in the Festival. The company is going to present the updated master-plan of the Project of development of the Saint Marko Island within the Festival. The presentation will be held on November, 13.

Prime-minister of Montenegro Milo Djukanovich visited the Festival at the first day and was interested in the Saint Marko Island project. The largest international companies, that have their interests in Eastern Europe markets, such as Adriatic Marinas, Egyptian Orascom, Savills, Montenverdi, Colliers International, Monte Mena and others, participate in the Festival. Minister of land-use and environment protection of Montenegro Branimir Gvozdenovich, minister of Economy of Montenegro Branko Vuyovich, representatives from governments of Serbia, Macedonia and Greece also take part in the Festival.
