On February, 12-13th, 2007 in Delhi the delegation of METROPOL Group took part in the first in the history Russian-Indian Forum on trade and investments

More than 500 delegates visited the Forum. The Russian delegation was headed by the minister of economic development and trade of the Russian Federation German Gref. Among the participants of the Forum there were the largest Russian companies and banks: BazEl (O. Deripaska), VTB, Itera, Transmashholding, European bearing corporation,
While the Forum round tables many Indian companies expressed their interest in the cooperation with METROPOL Group. The project "Metals of Eastern Siberia" caused the greatest interest. The largest Indian companies (SUN Group, TATA Steel, ESSAR Group) expressed willingness to receive more detailed information on projects of "МВС" and to begin cooperation with the Group.
