NewsMarch 23, 2007 IFC METROPOL became unique participant ObibankAccording to the decision on conditions of privatization of a share in the authorized capital of Open Company commercial bank Obibank, the accepted Federal agency on management of federal property and its approved order from July, 4th, 2006 No. 2909-p, the Russian fund of federal property concluded with Open Company IFC METROPOL the contract on saling and purchasing of a share at a rate of 48,64 % of the authorized capital of Obibank by realization of the priority right. |
