IFC Metropol won the tender among the contractors to develop
“Golden Ring” area, organized in February 2003
OJCS “GAO Moskva” was formed in 1994 following the decision of
Moscow Government to promote the hotel business in Moscow. OJCS
“GAO Moskva” is 100% owned by Moscow Government. Its main functions
are promotion of tourist and hotel business in Moscow and
