IFC METROPOL acts as an agent for re-structuring the 3rd issue of Nizhnee-Lenskoe-Invest bonds

IFC METROPOL has been selected as the agent for re-structuring the third series of bonds of Nizhnee-Lenskoe-Invest, limited company. Another agent was Promsvyazbank open joint-stock company.
According to schedule, in February-March the procurement will take place by the issuer of 15% of the bonds lodged on 26 January 2010, and then stage-by-stage purchase of bonds by the guarantor until July 2011 is planned.
