The Putnik Company and MetropolExpress Travel Agencies Network took part in the 19th Annual Moscow International Ski & Board Salon

On November 2-4 the Moscow's Gostiny Dvor hosted the 19th Moscow International Ski & Board Salon. METROPOL Group of Companies was represented at the Salon by Putnik (Serbia) and MetropolExpress Travel Agencies Network.
The Ski & Board Salon, which is held annually at Moscow’s Gostiny Dvor exhibition center, is the Europe’s biggest event of such kind. The Salon was participated by more than 200 tour industry players, which showcases occupied over 12,000 sqm of exhibition area. Over three days the Salon was attended by 40,000 visitors.

Among the exhibitors were ski resorts representatives from France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Russia. World-renowned manufacturers of skiing equipment, alpine ski and touring outfit, as well as ski resorts construction and maintenance companies presented their brands at the Salon. Apart from tourism component the exhibition offered extensive sporting program, including snowboarding competition, 4th round of Russian Rock-climbing Cup and open cross country ski sprint competition.

Putnik company presented the advantages and peculiarities of Serbian ski resort Kopaonik with special emphasis on the local hotels Club A and Putnik. During the exhibition the Putnik’s showcase was attended by about five hundred people, including the tourists who had already visited the company’s hotels in Serbia. All these enjoyed very much their stay at Kopaonik resort.

Partaking of the exhibition helped Putnik company and Metropol-Express network to study tourists’ preferences and interests, which promotes developing new ski tours and programs, let alone mingling with industrial mates and potential customers aimed at establishing promising business relations.
