NewsJuly 05, 2011 According to CRE 100 rating, General Director of METROPOL Development Oleg Korol ranks among Russia’s Top-20 developersIn June 2011 the editors of Russia’s most reputable real property journal Commercial Real Estate compiled a rating of 100 most influential persons in the property market in 2010. The rating is divided into eight thematic sections, including Administration, Development, Investment, Consulting, etc. General Director of METROPOL Development Oleg Korol ranks the 17th in Development, up from the 27th position in 2009. Aras Agalarov, president of Crocus Group, was named the best developer. Besides, the rating includes such high-profile political and public figures as First Vice-Premier of Russia’s government Igor Shuvalov, Russia’s Finance Minister Aleksey Kudrin, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, to name just a few. |
