METROPOL Group Employees Take Part in International Nanotechnology Forum

Employees of MBC-Sintez Company and the Russian Idea Accumulator venture fund took part in an international forum on nanotechnologies held from December 3-5 in Moscow.
An exhibition held alongside the forum featured a successful presentation of test samples of composite materials jointly developed by OAO MBC-Sintez, the state-owned All-Russian Synthetic Fiber Research Institute and the Enikolopov Institute of Synthetic Polymer Materials (ISPM) of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the basis of organic fabrics made from MBC-Sintez’ own Viktoria brand highly durable high modulus polyethylene fibers. The materials are very durable and can be used in nautical, aeronautical and missile engineering. The presentation provoked significant interest among representatives of the state-owned company Rosnanotech.
